Metropolitan Traffic Police responded to the incident, but found no skid marks behind the parked vehicle, which is believed to have slowed down gradually and then stopped, SoraNews24 reported. She was rushed to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead upon arrival. It was later revealed that Tsuru died of an aortic dissection, a rupture in the heart that most frequently occurs in men in their 60s and 70s, according to Mayo Clinic. Now words can express how sad we are about the tragic passing of Hiromi Tsuru, who gave life to Bulma for more than 30 years. RIP Hiromi, you will always be remembered. We love you forever.

Tiffany Vollmer born July 22, is an American voice actress best known for voicing Bulma in the Funimation dub of the Dragon Ball series. Vollmer was part of the cast that replaced the heavily edited dubbing by the Ocean Group of the first two Dragon Ball Z seasons. She has since gone on to voice Bulma for the rest of Funimation's dubbing of the Dragon Ball franchise, including the original Dragon Ball anime series and the uncut versions of the first two Dragon Ball Z seasons. She also voiced a few smaller, additional characters in the Dragon Ball franchise as well. With Funimation's dubbing of the Dragon Ball franchise largely over, Vollmer has since worked on a couple of live action films, both in front of and behind the camera.
Bulma is the daughter of Dr. Briefs , the founder of the Capsule Corporation, a company that creates special small capsules that shrink and hold objects of various sizes for easy storage. Being the daughter of a brilliant scientist, Bulma is also a scientific genius, as well as an inventor and engineer. Along with creating the Dragon Radar, a device that detects the energy signal emitted by a Dragon Ball, Bulma's role as an inventor becomes important at several points in the series; including the time machine that brings her future son Trunks to the past.
